Only someone who has had a lobotomy would buy MOT shares on the basis that MOT will no doubt continue to issue hundreds of millions of more shares and then do a capital consolidation to make sure existing shareholders are well and truly screwed over.
I've seen this happen to a number of companies similar to the very sad history of MOT and once the share consolidation has occurred the volume dries up and they wither away and die. This is because no one believes in what management says or does based and their terrible track record of total incompetence and in the knowledge the company will start doing cap raisings as soon as the consolidation has been completed and start diluting shareholders even more and all over again.
The market is aware of MOT's terrible track record and that's why no one will touch it with a 10 foot pole.
The only way shareholders will commit money is if they gain contracts and significant revenue that drives MOT's share price up a couple of cents. Problem is if MOT is trading at 2 cents then it has a market cap of $100 mill.
Thats how screwed MOT share holders are. There is a better chance of seeing snow in Singapore then then MOT ever making a cent.
