I'm not into all the crap that's floating around here other than to say I can't see a long term business here.

It does concern me that they are tapping shareholders of other 'related' companies which may be viewed as a sign of desperation.

Other than that, I just don't see a long term viable business here. The money has already been made on 3D printing a couple of years ago. So correct me if I'm wrong, but we are looking at a printing company with very low barriers to entry.

Sure there will be some shenanigans with the share price at some point, but really, it looks ordinary at best. You need to ask yourself what are u buying here, and how can the valuation be justified? I cannot see it. Looks very low quality.
