After rereading it and sleeping on it, I think there is a very good chance it will be a discounted rights issue to existing shareholders. If this is the case, I for one will take my offer and maintain my proportion of the company as I believe it could have huge upside. If I am correct, I wouldn't be surprised if Management have another acquisition up their sleeve not too far down the track. I say this as the gold mine and current exploration for gold and lithium is accounted for at this stage. If they want to be cashed up, this is their best way of doing it and giving existing shareholders the benefit of minimised dilution imo. For the record, after checking the chart on MNW, I remembered it topped out at .44 cents and probably has little relevance to the wording of this TH. I mistook it for ISN.
No more theories from me, but I feel this is what is coming to us on Wednesday morning. I still think the SP will rise substantially in the short term. GLTA
