I have always thought it odd the approach adopted by CNX to promote their record on of environmental compliance as it does not jump out to those who do not follower the sector the clear gap between CNX's own excellent management and operational and ultimately environmental compliance and that of the others. Likely to late in the day in Aus and a worry that CNX will be tarred with the same brush elsewhere.
