Not much cash on hand, and doesn't seem to be a real plan as to how to overcome that in the short term.
Not too many shares on the register though, and even adding 1 BILL shares, at .005 to add $5 Mill to the cash balance, would still only have this capped at about $12MILL.
Top 20 holders hold 59% of the register, is there some light at the end of the tunnel?
