So a mining contractor for SAR in on board... and their mines are within 25km which means this partner will be able to use existing relationship...
Gold resource is already high grade and market cap small... In other words, gold will be produced but EXC won't be paying for it...
Also the agreement is for mining area only and EXC will keep the 100% right for exploration upside...
Plus the lithium samples and previous grades...
all for a 5m market cap... NICE
