nta Why are infrastructure stocks like AIX, CIF and MAP trading under their NTA. I realise that part of the reason is higher interest rates, however, the NTA would be calculated based on the higher interest rates. I think they are a bargain for the future. They trade below NTA and are paying a 7 to 8 percent yield while you're waiting for the SP appreciation. I don't own MAP at this stage because of terrorism risks on passenger numbers.
