On third thoughts, I agree, it's a fund raising. Although the sp is low and it's not a great situation for raising funds, NKL will run out of cash by the end of the year at current expenditure rates. And I suspect they want to ramp up their exploration. So, they need money now. Most likely a placement. I hope so anyhow because that means there'e optimism on the part of the placees. Then some seriously good announcements.
