That's Australian attitude to new processes, the photo copier was an Australian invention, but the Government was, nar who would what that, just like so many other inventions & discoveries, we are the back would country, just like coal miners, if it wasn't in the ground for thousands of years, they wouldn't mine it, neither side of any Government has an ability to be visionary, all talk and limited assistance to assist R&D projects.
