You need to look at the whole picture of cash flow , trailing IO prices which will be reflected in current sales , lump premium which has junped considerably and calculate the next 3 months position.
I assure you and you cla right this down - cash will be up by at least 8m . We have 2 m to be booked already from March provisional pricing and April will reflect the IO price of March which is very solid and may will reflect April which is currently averaging more than March

How you can be focused on the few extra dollars of cash costs when realised sales price is 15-20 higher is beyond me

As for the ST strategy - that two is clear - mine EH and then move onto IO . That would take them to end of next year by which stage insurance will be settled , KI leased to qube and next project very likely acquired

Btw- today's close was bullish and I suspect 22 line will go tomorrow and 24-25 will be hot soon after
