Well that is the elephant in the room. Monty would have to be a new open pit and underground mine, on a new and separate mining lease. It will need a separate Miscellaneous Licence to haul ore to the DeGrussa Plant. What is at hand is an in-situ resource, not a planned reserve. There will be mining dilution. There will be met studies to determine how the DP eats the bornite rich ore. BTW its not "proven". Its indicated and inferred. Its a resource.
In WA nobody has permitted a mine in under two years. SIR and DRM hold those records. So the ball is rolling, but the resource has to expand. Time is on the TLM side, not the SFR side.
