It's good that someone with as many shares as you have is following and posting on AGS even though I don't agree with some of your perceptions and apportioning of blame for the low sales price received ... Whatever happened to that part of the original agreement that said we could keep any gold discovered?
Anyway it's all gone now so time to change direction and hope the remaining cash will be spent more wisely than the last $40 million. Well done lawyers (being ironic) ! I did have a look at the ACCC website but basically felt it could equally be used by consumers (shareholders) to query conflicts of interest in a public company as it could be to query a private business's sales and payment strategy that was no doubt compliant with the JV contract anyway. .. Neither would serve us much purpose in my view; and with your own careful disclaimer on each post I suspect that you too have real concerns about the worst aspects of our adversarial legal system in what is now a much too litigious society (in my view).
