SP had moved from 13cents to 14.5cents pre announcement. Fact.
There were no buyers lined up at 13.5 or 14 prior to the announcement and minimal stock traded, the volume came in when HIL was halted and of course after the announcement!!!

You are the gun chartist, you post one, yesterdays candle shows open at 13.5 low of 13, which means it went down prior to announcement, fact!!
It re-opened after the halt at 18 cents ... Fact!!
