No, FO, being intropunitive by nature I believe I mismanaged my investment in AGS just as I believe AGS mismanaged the cash situation. Even with sales it was reported there would not have been enough funds to cover all AGS's costs. The stockpiling just exacerbated the situation, bringing the battle to a close sooner and saving faces (in open court) in the pocess - on both sides of the JV.
