WOW are struggling to keep pace with Aldi and COLES. Masters has been a flop and their reward scheme has not been as successful and they have reacted to the backlash of removing Qantas frequent flyers point and will reinstate them.
WOW has not reacted fast enough to Coles and Aldi reducing prices and this has lead shopper to believe prices are too high at WOW
Big W has the same image problem with the stores looking dated and fashion for clothing overpriced and out dated before they reach the shelves. The men section of clothing you rarely see an one looking at the stock, least of all buying anything. They are facing the same mentality of Coles years ago. Stuck in their way and not keeping up with the times. Took a while for WES to change the image of their dept stores and supermarket but they are leading the way now. Targets stores even have incorporated trendy café at the store entrance and modern checkouts to make the experience fit the customer needs.
I can see the price here falling to $15 in the next 6=12 months.
