We need the past to inform the future. Noone knows this stock, board, decision making better than mugsley: so to predict the future we need to look to the past and at what will best serve our directors - their salaries and their holdings. Psychologically, I think they will want to close and disburse to avoid public comment, but the announcements are telling us that AGS might acquire more assets or try another JV, one aligned perhaps with our major shareholders recently privatised WA tenenements from ORS (.0055 per share!)? Perhaps the plan is to sell those to AGS to complement our 2 WA nickel, gold, copper licences: or Gandel Metals to buy AGS 's. for a bargain.
Maybe something in between. 2 cents per share distribution and an ongoing exploration company in JV with Chile or one of the WA companies? One thing is sure though: there will be many greedy eyes on AGS's $20 to $26m; and on any of our tenements that might juxtapose something of value. The best we can hope for I believe is for the company to exercise a really good deal for shareholders in the manner they have done so successfully for Gandel Metals. And it is possible. Still. ... Just one mere shareholders thoughts while meditating in the hot springs of Beppu
