I'm not sure this is entirely true. ORE's took only a little over 2 years to build from scratch - Nov 2012 to Dec 2014 and shipped first in March 2015. SDV is similar topology but better chemistry.
It remains to be seen how good management and years of planning could improve upon both the time-frame and the quality of the plant.

I have my fingers and toes crossed that GMM will be the financial partners on SDV.

Its not a necessary part of GMM's success. Not by any stretch.
We have yet to appreciate how high the earnings per share on Mt Cattlin are for us yet - but going in on SDV would be like having another Mt Cattlin sized profit each year and not having to lift a finger ( as GXY is doing with us right now).
