Latest News Landmark Distribution Agreement (12 Jun 2006) Allight Sales (part of the National Hire Group) has achieved a significant international milestone with the first signing of a distribution agreement for Allight equipment in the United States.
The landmark signing with the Wyoming Machinery Company of Gillette (the authorised Caterpillar Dealer for the State of Wyoming) signals an important foray into the US market for Allight.
Allight manager for export sales, Peter Breen, said the agreement with Wyoming Machinery Company was significant for Allight as the region accounted for approximately 35% of US coal production.
Not long after this agreement was signed, Allight secured its first sale of light towers through the dealer into North Antelope Rochelle Mine Complex - a mine owned and operated by Powder River of Peabody Energy.
This mine is arguably the Company's premier operation with an annual output of around 100 million tons per annum, making it a massive operation, both in the US adn on a world scale.
