LW, I'm impressed in your interest in cobalt. Certainly, the amount of cobalt required is more in portion than lithium in batteries. As we can see in BPL's recent run, the market is in early stages of catching on. The only other thing to consider is that cobalt is made as a by-product from copper and nickel mining, so the demand may not be as much as we think. Saying that, recent cobalt price chart suggests that we may be onto a stellar run soon.
Medical marijuana - I'm not so certain that the market is ready for it yet despite recent legalised legislation. A lot of investors were burnt by the likes of MMJ and certainly the latest RTO by TWH didn't receive open arms either. So hopefully management will stay away from this sector at this stage.
Once again, an association with lithium or technology associated with renewable energy may capture the market's attention. Hopefully, management is aware of the current taste in the market and capitalise on the opportunity.
