Thanks for answerng FO. And best wishes with your game play. I did think you were trying to re-coup, and hope you are successful. Unfortunately I won't ever re-coup our losses; like many others (not directors) who helped pay AGS's way in those pre court CRs. The thought of all that good money wasted on lawyers is heart wrenching. .. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if one reason (inter alia) for the low ball park price paid by Heathgate was to compensate for AGS delaying and frustrating development - hence production and profit. Five years of legal frustration wasn't it - or thereabouts!

I might trade AGS here and there as I've been watching it for so long; but unless they come up with something out of the box I can't see $20m going far except into salaries and expenses, or geo tourism as the latest valuer was careful to warn against. .. $20 is peanuts for a company that was once in the top 300 and now has no gold, or uranium. I guess the new-entry large shareholders/traders are counting on a distribution and makng a $100,000 or so profit on an anticipated 1 cent difference. .. I hope they don't know something the market doesn't. ...

Back to guessing again; all we've ever done with AGS .. Good luck to all - sis
