    i am noting this with interest. i am inclined to hold my shares and wait for Maven to seek a higher payment later.
    My only worry is that APA may suspend any dividends since they have a controlling stake and can do what they like really. then it becomes a waiting game because no divs means no return until bought out.
    Thoughts?
