Revenue will be a long way off - RNT isn't even a serious player as far as listings. As someone else mentioned, agencies who list with REA get rentals for free.
The self managed landlords has potential, but look at how many listings they are getting from this source.
Check the website - still free to list. And they still can't approach REA's numbers.
