it's nothing to do with your EBIT hypothesis, but rather that the new CEO of WOW is totally inept.
look, this guy was in charge of Woolies before he was mysteriously voted in as the new CEO- he dreamed up animal cards as a promo and stuffed the rewards program totally. he even kept that Jamie Oliver character as a promo.
now that this moron is in total control- the same issues remain-we still have this pommy cooker, animal cards and a rewards program that is pathetic.
i think this guy should just fall on his sword-admit that he is not up to the task.
one thing is for sure- most WOW holders have been sold a pup with this transition of CEO"s.
but what about Dan Murphys you say , as this guy has turned it around?
the only reason they are getting more sales volume is because they discount margin-big deal .
so what do you do now if you are a holder and have already lost hugely?- look i am not a counselor, but just a humble guru.
just remember that there are people on the planet who are always doing it tougher and thank goodness i am not one of them
