Yes qs. IMO, it's ALL about "detail" market is simply too un-informed about the most critical issues required to attract the "big" re-rating cash. Two more QRs should go a long way to remedying, if not completely, what is required to satisfy those still sitting on the sidelines. And, frankly, I still reckon that many of those still don't understand what CM8 is all about and are just waiting to see $numbers.
