Paul. What some of us are saying regarding debt is about the market's perception on a company that really is barely 6 months old and with what currently is seen with a relatively high debt vis a vis its formally declared financial status.
The market, principally the fund managers who are the only ones that will make any substantive affect to the S.P., wants to SEE if CM8 can in fact DO what is so often being stated as a given on this forum. Fund Managers don't invest on possibilities, they wait until it IS a given and no one will know that until it is formally proven in audited announcements and IMO, not until at least the 3rd Q of 2016, depending on the status of the overall market. Any very positive announcements on the financial side should receive a corresponding reaction, again, depending on relevant market sentiment.
Small holders are selling off quite understandably with current market sentiment and we just have to put up with that "until" the real money comes chasing stock, which, is simply not happening. No dramas, just, basic, realistic, market at work.
