    Have they really destroyed so much value from the acquisitions , plus what they had before ?

    It wouldn't take much of a stabilisation in trading to make the shares look very cheap. Rebuilding market confidence will take longer.

    Is the business really a hopeless basket case, or is the worst reflected in the price ?
