Anyone that has OEX I suggest you look up the ministry for petroleum website India. On the right hand side it has the new requirements for PSA's which is a vital part of any joint venture. In one of the quarterly reports it says OEX will finalize theirs in 2016 no specific date specified. There's is out of date in 2019 and new laws require that they submit it now....If you have this share you need to look at this it is probably the most important document regarding PSA and seeing OEX is up for renewal you need to look at it. If you missed it only came into effect on the 28th of March 2016 LOOK AT IT Don't be fooled it looks like it was scrawled out over lunch it packs a punch....Sorry there's no sentiment button for RUN, but I seriously suggest you do. And to anyone else I would suggest you consider seriously before becoming involved in an Indian JV might become tricky
