PEN and IND are a mess. Just looked on that thread as well. Only sitting on a small loss now, down about 30%. Guessing the shell option was not attractive. Why would it be considering who they would have to deal with.

And now the top holder has called it quits. They are the ones who usually are closest to management and have some power to at least garner knowledge.

What a dog stock. Just feel sorry for all you long term holders. Only one of you seems either delusional or is in an employed position to consider this stock anything but.
