Remember this. The Solomons are directors of ALL the groups entities. They are paid by each one. They will probably not reduce the number but are more likely to spin off another. By reinvesting some or a large proportion of the payments they receive they build up their percentage ownership. This is a tangled weave of companies. look closely as to what owns what and who owns what. It's there in the history and those that have had a long association will be better equipped to understand. Check the annual financials and the money trails back over the last 5 years. They have the story.

The shareholders so far have not had much return, actually none, over the years and there has been plenty of promise followed by disappointment. The directors though have done well regardless of success or failure. See the annual financial reports.With luck we, the shareholders may at last be on a winner.

The market in general knows all this. THAT is why the relative SP is where it is. EDE is where the action is. TAS is where the games are played. That is why I continue with 1 EDE = 1.4 TAS for now regardless of the continual posts saying otherwise.
