I am a long term holder....I will look at this report over the weekend....but not a fan of using copper price of approx US$2.50/lb. Current copper price has been bouncing US$2-US$2.20. Would have liked to see a lower price used for the low case than the approx US2.35 to understand the effect on NPV (I could back calculate and if I have time will do so).
Price received per oz at 1,200 for gold seems a reasonable assumption.
