sorry but I have to say that thats a pretty loose description of the reason for a cap. raising.
A raising thats 10% of the value of the company should outline exactly what the reasoning is and the ultimate aim. Then it should be through the existing share holders first. I always feel that insto raising are a cheap hit, especially when there is a loyal base willing to stump up.
I'm a holder and like the potential but when I saw that smug photo on the AFR report it riles me. As a rule, I find Australia companies take share holders for granted and treat them poorly.They only survive because there is such a shortage of options to invest in this country (I work in the US)
So I'm going to suck it up and might even buy some more when the share price dips but for me this company has lost its shine!
