Been around these for a while now, and with the financiers when they were doing dozens of small cap mining deals here in W.A. down on "The Terrace" during the mining boom.

This is another interesting reverse takeover, given a little more gravitas by having chairman Mal on board, who is a helpful and good intentioned kind of bloke.

However, this has the same people behind it as GLN, they have just shuffled positions a bit (between directors, managers, and consultants) to make it not look so obvious.

Those who are not directors of GLN are either managers or consultants for TWH, and vice versa, the financiers are the same though. All of the managers know each other and are sharing the science.

It might not look exactly obvious on the surface, but I can tell you it is true, if you know the W.A. people and businesses behind the deals.

This is what's interesting. I have contacted both companies asking the question of why they see a need to actually list two (2) separate companies with essentially the same people in the same business, but they will not respond to this, and I'm not expecting them too really.

There is a lot of corporate financial shenanigans going on in the pot stock space, one often sees the same funds involved. It always happens when sectors/products boom, but it was worst in W.A. during the mining boom, when there were literally swindlers around every corner. Cross reference the names and it's not too hard to build up a black list. But I'm not bagging anyone associated with this stock, Celtic Capital are ok, and so is Jason, after all, they are just businessmen. Celtic actually have some quite good retail stock scanning software, and provide mentoring as well, for a rather hefty price though (at least it used to be so during the mining boom).

Anyway, the financiers and businessmen are motivated by profit of course, but chairman Mal is a decent bloke and genuinely wants to fight cancer, he's a medico on a crusade who wants to help people, so you can't criticise for that - good on him.

I still don't see the need for basically two identical companies, but hey, so what, hopefully they can both succeed. Good luck to them.

I actually prefer Aunt Zelda's to this one at the moment, but my small TWH bid is sitting there, so who knows.

    Gw
