To be honest im not sure how the company can release a statement saying they are going to give the company a certain amount of shares without providing the details about the consolidation.
The fact they already know how many shares they intend to give the vendor would indicate that they know what the consolidation will be, otherwise how are they able to properly value the vendor shares or the business they are acquiring.
Also the fact they intend to do the capital raising at no less than 10 cents per share.
This leads to a fair and reasonable conclusion that the consolidation will be done at 10:1
Any higher than this and current share holders will be getting majorly shafted
Any lower than this and the people who intend to participate in the raising will be paying a premium to current holders, which is generally unheard of.
A capital raising at this end of the market is usually done at a 20 percent + discount to the current price.
Inevitably there will be a pump for the share price. Especially if it goes below 1 cent.
