Hi Shrewd,
Fair commentary with a few other points of discussion.

For my two cents worth I think the issue of doing business in some Asian countries has not really been discussed.
It is in many instances hard work and full of pitfalls regarding what they consider "appropriate."
I think this is in conflict, (for want of a better word) with ASX reporting rules but has to be respected or
projects can be adversely affected, (read delayed). This has been the case many years ago when as a slightly different code.

I expect these delays to be coming to an end and as was quoted the other day the "dogs of war ....... shorters"

I would be betting a fair bit that the funds have been covering over the past few weeks and suspect the little guys will wear the major pain when the SP turns on good news.

It has been a pity the wait has been sooooo long, the opportunity cost has been very high waiting without return. I too hold many more
than I did, so hope to trade a few on the way up.
