    March 29 (Reuters) - Disruptive Investment Group Ltd (DVI) :

    • Dvi to increase ownership to 100% of ibuynew.com.au (DVI)
    • Consideration for the remaining 50% stake in fsa is $5.9 million
    • Entered into a binding term sheet (term sheet) to accelerate the exercise of this option to acquire the remaining 50% of FSA
