If you live in Australia then you know woolworths is an integral part of the food/petrol market. The share price means little imo. My wife and I prefer woolworths over Coles or aldi and the local supermarket is always busy. Some bad business decisions regarding the hardware outlets will come and go but the food/petrol business will always flourish. Simply because they, along with Coles hold a majority of the sector. Over time wow will be a lot higher than it is now purely from market share. Imo of course. I don't even hold it, I just like the supermarkets
