    March 24 (Reuters) - Vicinity Ltd (CER) :

    • Vicinity launches inaugural issue under its European mtn programme pricing

      £350 million of notes

    • Unsecured guaranteed notes were priced with a coupon of 3.375% p.a.,

      equivalent to a margin of 197 bps over UK gilts
