If the company gets off the ground & they might need to make themselves look pretty! Then that would be the perfect time to ask them to pay back money they owe to employee's and your business. I'd say this is very unlikely because in general if someone doesn't have to pay someone, they won't. There is also a time to ask, when your forcing a hand..... That is just my guess and dyor
