Yep I think that the outcome in the short term is certain.
imo a valuation of stuff is based on a willing buyer and a willing seller to exchange that stuff in the market place.
But what it appears to me here is, that the maybe buyer and maybe seller own the same stuff!
Now I am getting dizzy.

However it seems that Dr Ruane is confident of the Bronze Wing huge plant being able to process EARs stuff and other surronding gold Coys stuff.
