You can have production without it being commercial. An oil seep at surface in western coastal PNG has a production profile but it is not commercial. The reality in my opinion given the complete lack of interest in todays TSV announcement is the approval to re-enter W4 may be delayed if governments are anything to go by. It seems ambitious to expect approval to re-enter W4 in only a matter of weeks.

Any thoughts on this?
