i think if enviro approvals are a major drag on the share price that's an easy one to overcome with the right team
60kozpa @$500 margin, gives about twice current market cap profit per year.... good value proposition, glad I dipped the toe
give the upside some more time in the coming days (ie other than toms gully which would be near term catalyst)
