1. This Prospectus will be issued in paper form and as an electronic Prospectus which may be accessed on the internet at www.promesa.com.au. The Offers pursuant to the electronic Prospectus are only available to persons receiving an electronic version of this Prospectus in Australia. The Corporations Act prohibits any person passing the Application Form onto another person unless it is attached to, or accompanied by, the complete and unaltered version of the Prospectus. During the Offer Period, any person may obtain a hard copy of this Prospectus by contacting the Company at the address set out in the corporate directory in Section 1.
