My missus reminded me tonight about her dream months ago. I remember writing the above post as 4.4c but she actually said 4.47 which I dismissed as 4.4c.. But we don't trade in those multiples at 4c.. So..
$4.47 would be a good result for the SP that would explain the Swarovski crystal fingernails she premmo'd she was wearing.. And why everywhere I looked for a long while before we were suspended I was bombarded with ferraris everywhere.. (My fav car).. TV, Movies, banner ads, FB feed, Twitter, even HC ran that insurance ad with the metal detector dude who hops in one at the end.. In real life on a 3km round trip to the petrol station for supplies twice in two days.. 2 different Ferraris.. I was seeing them everywhere!!

I called this deal as an engineered conspiracy from the start.. Now the proof is out. Thred have been working with Microsoft for up to 3 years on the BizSpark program completely under the radar. Under BizSpark conditions they no longer qualify for the program once they become publicly listed.. Nice reason to delay going public don't you think?.. That makes the partnership the real deal as it will extend post BizSpark with financial and technical support from
Microsoft. It doesn't start much better than that..

Thred intend to open a U.S. office in 2016 according to the prospectus & testing on "pools" of businesses users was it?.. I would suggest our testing bed may include the larger Microsoft business customer groups that David said we have caught the attention of already.. Maybe those in Canada & NZ plus Aus & US.

You don't get the creator of the "share" button at Facebook as a director on a no name startup with no track record unless you are working on something big imo. Talent. An Experienced Unicorn Musterer.

What about early on when we had the guy who lead a team working on the Haldron Collider.. I think that was the same guy that helped build the tech for the UK national security service.. One of them was Thomas Alderweireld..

You don't attract that kind of talent to a no name startup with no track record.. Unless you are working on something big again imo. Talent.

I believe this Microsoft partnership is reward for existing shareholders for holding through this delayed readmission process.
