You could possibly just use the mac for now, the average volume line isn't super important in the near term.
And in the meantime just learn more about VSA/Wyckoff, and make sure it really is for you, and then when you are sure, spend the money on a PC.

I wouldn't like to see you spend good hard earned cash on a PC you don't eventually need........
