"The Company has reached agreement with the Chairman Dr Michael Monsour, that subject to shareholder approval, the Company will place 333,333,333 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of 0.300 cents per share, to raise $1m, to an entity associated with Dr Monsour."
The chairman is actually paying more than the rest of us.
