- Successful completion of the institutional component of its 1 for 4.4 accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer
- The institutional entitlement offer raised approximately $250 million at $2.05 per share
- Says the retail component of the entitlement offer, which has been fully underwritten, will raise a further $244 million
