This is my point all over. This along with my discussion with management some many months ago has led me to be convinced they're simply about trying to sell a story and not actually achieve legitimate results, IMO.
Bottom line - produce the results, show SH's they're sitting on the goods - FOR REAL, then consolidate. Otherwise, it's just all about raising funds, IMO.
