I already understood you cant do a raising at 40% discount.

I cant actually find where i have said, "They have just made a great deal so they can move forward", however they have done a deal and as with anything substantial that deal does need ratifying by its SH's

Given that the tenements are right next door to some very hot property and in a very hot sector it is a very big deal for MPJ and yes a great deal too.

i agree that what happens from here is now to be determined.
