Thanks Vincerli and Gassin. I don't understand why they are doing this. It has no impact on the share value or market cap whatsoever, so it seems pointless to me.
Obviously they are reducing the amount of shares on issue, so is it possible that they may issue more after the consolidation, to attract large investors?
Forgive me if I sound silly....I'm learning!
