Half year accounts

What a disgrace. Look at borrowings on the balance sheet, note 5, who are the directors, who holds are the major shareholders, why are huge numbers of shares and options going to be issued at a deep discount to the share price when the placement was proposed and what hope do the majority of the shareholders have of having any say in anything. Where is the majority of the money being raised going to go? Paying off debts that weren't needed in the first place - and sweetened with options on top! Fair dinkum! Where are the regulators when shareholders need their support?
